Hi,

Its most like the environment variable path. The application cannot find the path to the BIN and BIN64 folder for the location of the .dlls. Can you reply to your open ticket and provide access to this server so we can check and help further?

Hi,

Does it happen a brand new mailbox? Does the password contain extended characters or spaces? Perhaps log a support ticket and provide access to the problematic mailbox so we can check further.

Hi, You need to log to the web mail log file not the event log and set the logging to full high. When the user gets the session timeout have them note down the date/time on their machine that it occurred. Hi,

Perhaps enable web mail logging first within the admin console under the web mail properties node. That will give you more of an idea when the user is logging in.

Hi,

Check the Windows environment variable path. We have seen it can crash if the path is a large string size. If it is copy the path to a text file for backup and then cut it back. Try running the install. If it completes successfully copy back the path you saved earlier.

Hi,

Check the Windows event log on the server in respect to the date/time the session time out occurred to see if there any WAS or ASP.NET errors associated with the MailEnable application pool.

We checked the installation kits on our end and the version numbers are updated. Maybe there was a permissions base problem running the installer. Did you run as administrator?

Hi, I have tried emulating your steps without success. I'm using Enterprise 10.23 and able to reset the password using the web mail password recovery option without any problems. Hi,

Your best way forward is to login to your Online services account and navigate to the "Support History" page and locate the ticket number. If the ticket is "closed", reopen it and add detailed information to the problem.
