Hi, The SMTP security setting for "Address Spoofing" will only work on the envelope sender address and not the message "from" header. You can see in the message header example that the "Return-Path (envelope sender) address is not spoofed. To help stop these type of messages...

Hi,

As an alternative method you can create a mailbox for your Teammates and set them to be ADMIN accounts. Then you can have them log into the web admin interface where you can analyse the log files and access the Track Message utility in there too.

Hi, Ok so what is the exact error in Outlook when you send/receive? It shouldn't fail to connect and should only return a trust warning if the SSL certificate does not match to host name, therefore there is something else wrong. Perhaps you have not set the relevant permissions on the SSL certificat...

Hi, Yes, something we may look at implementing in the future. But its currently not supported. I don't think the email clients you have pointed out support reading winmail.dat attachments and require third party plugins to be installed or specific winmail.dat readers. In any case we don't support it...

Hi,

Your subsequent retry count is set to high (10 days). The message lifetime will expire within 2 hours but a retry needs to occur within the 2 hours for the message to be checked if it has expired. Therefore you need to set the subsequent retries to be under 60 minutes.

Hi,

If you are not the administrator of the MailEnable server then you will not be able to access the report. You need access to the mail server it self running MailEnable. If you don't have access then you need to contact your hosting provider hosting your domain/email.
