I am still getting these session time outs and they are occurring with all webmail users, not just a couple of people. I emailed the log entries at the time of failure for the ticket that is still open.

I was able to install ME Standard on my Windows 2012 r2 VPS server using Admin; however, almost everything I do gets an "Unable to load DLL 'MAEAISO.DLL': the specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

If it was limited to a single computer or a single user, I would agree about the cookie but different OS and different browsers doesn't make any sense especially when I had cleared their cookies, history, etc. to make sure that it was not a failing cookie. It was set to log to the ME logs for web mail. I have changed it to log to Windows. The only ME errors I see are as follows (in the Windows/Applications): The description for Event ID 0 from source MailEnable cannot be found. That may be a bit difficult because there are about 50 webmail websites with MANY users accessing the webmail. Do I search for a particular user?

For some strange reason while at a customer's location (and only while composing an email) usually not doing anything or little, it times out by taking the person to a screen that says "Session Timed Out" and all they can do is log in again. I have deleted their history and all that, no ch...

Try using the Default skin to see if that helps. If you have not used it before, your users may like the more streamlined look.

Check the MTA logs and also check the MXScan (if you are using that) logs. Are you looking in the webmail or in Outlook? Have you gone to the actual user's folder (Windows Explorer) to see what is there? Sometimes the index files need to be deleted and that can make the emails come back. I also reco...
