Hi,
I installed the Out of Office Utility extension as it is described on the website.
But if I send an Mail to the "out-of-office" Mail, nothing happens at all.
Does anyone knows if there is an issue with the current mail enable version?
Thanks for sharing,
Tom

Re: How to prevent SPAM at best
Hi, could you give me a hand how to setup the blacklists? I have no idea what I have to write to Zone and Response and what to choose by lookup type and Record type. I'm using the three standard blacklists Barracuda, Spamcop and SpamhausZEN, but I see you added some others. I want to give them a try...

exclude address from authenticated senders must use valid sender address
Hi,
I want to activate "authenticated senders must use valid sender address".
But I have a post office relay@mydomain.com, that should be allowed to send mails with different from-domains.
Is it possible to configure an exception for only this Mail address?

Setting interval for checking for new mails
Hi there, where can I set the interval for checking for new mails in the Outlook MAPI connector? A client of mine asked how to shorten the time bewtween new mail incoming. Seems that this happens only in a longer period of time. I didn't find anything where I can set the interval. Running Outlook 20...

Inform Sender that mail has marked as SPAM
Hi, I'm using Spam-Assassin to identify Mails as Spam. RIght now, I just move marked mails to the junk-folder. But this still leads to a huge spam-arise to my clients Before Spam Assassin, I used a third party tool, that didn't deliver spam-mails to the receiver, if the spam-level was higher than a ...

Re: TLS handshake fails with outlook
I deactive Enable TLS, cause we didn't received mails from Office 365. We use a valid SSL Certificate. You can check it out at mail.sitepoint.de (Port 993 e.g.). The result of the connection when I enable TLS, I posted here. When you want to telnet, I can turn it on for a short period of time. Best ...

TLS handshake fails with outlook
Hi, did anyone knows about the issue, that the TLS handshake failes with Microsoft Outlook Exchange Servers? Deferred: 403 4.7.0 TLS handshake failed. This error-message is returned to the sender. If I deactivate TLS, mails come through. But my TLS seems to be alright. Test is here: http://www.check...

You are disconnected for policy reasons
Hi, I'm using a relay mail address to send mail from my .net applications. Everythings runs fine, but sometimes it hangs up with the error "You are disconnected for policy reasons, please try again later". Re: Spam Protection
Hi,
thanks again for your answer."Enable DNS blacklisting" is already activated, but my customer still gets mail from himself.
Do I have to activate "Enable URL Blacklisting" too or is it not wise to have both enabled at the same time.
Best regards -
Tom

Re: Spam Protection
Hi,
thanks for your quick reply.
I'm using Spamcop and SpamhausZEN.
Address Spoofing Prevention was already set to "Authenticated users can spoof sender addresses".
The setting for reverse DNS blacklisting I could not found. Where can I check that?
Best regards -

Hi there, I installed the Mapi Connector for Outlook 2013. When I search for mails, the result is horrible, nearly no hits. When I search via the webmail-Interface, the mails I'm looking for, are always there. Not so in Outlook. Is there a configuration option to increase the search-accurancy in out...
