Major IMAP Issues - 10.37 -> 10.46
Hello, We recently updated from 10.37 to 10.46 and ever since have been having massive issues with all Outlook clients using IMAP. Outlook has become unresponsive when trying to move mail between folders or switch between folders for viewing when using the client. Users in the same postoffice/domain...

Re: LDAP Group Lookup
Additionally, even though the group addresses show with your suggested setting, they are still represented as "objectClass = person" and not group... And although the "list" email addresses show up under the domain/postoffice LDAP container, they are completely void of properties once you select the...

Re: LDAP Group Lookup
Hi Ian, Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I cannot select that option, when I do any accounts that have aliases on them simply show as the main mailbox for the alias, once for each alias listed, but the alias email addresses don't appear, so any mail sent to an alias gets DHA blocked because it do...

LDAP Group Lookup
I have an spam filtering appliance that is ahead of the mail server in our organization, and it uses ldap to query the user database of ME to ensure that the recipient email addresses are present/active to prevent any Directory Harvest Attacks. Problem I am having is that there doesn't seem to be a ...

Re: MMC Diagnostic Report - Ver 10.20
Since there has been nothing but crickets since the last post, I upgraded to 10.23 and still have the SAME ISSUE?!?!?!?!?! Both the bin and bin64 folders as well as MEDIAG have IME_SYSTEM full control, but nothing is working at all regarding diagnostics. Not sure why everything has to be a challenge...

Re: LDAP Root Login - Unable
Just to stop everyone from wanting to kill themselves, the username is actually this: "cn=Directory Manager,o=MailEnable"
Not that such a fact is specified anywhere unless you do some serious scouring to of the internet regarding OpenLDAP setup parameters.
Hope this helps someone!

MMC Diagnostic Report - Ver 10.20
I am no longer able to see the diagnostic report in the MMC Snapin available under Servers\Localhost\System\Diagnose. I can select the diagnose option and I am presented with "Preparing Diagnostic Report. This may take some time..." however the report never loads. I have tried stopping and re-starti...

LDAP Root Login - Unable
I am unable to login as the root user for LDAP address retrieval from an anti-spam appliance we are using as a mail gateway (the device uses LDAP for email verification and bounces unregistered addresses or aliases as DHA attempts if not in LDAP). Right now, I have had to set every single domain up ...

Re: not forward if condition match
If you are able to do this on a per-postoffice basis, then it is possible. If you right click on the properties of a postoffice and go to the filters tab, you can create two filters to do what you want. The filters are processed in priority order, so a "stop forwarding" filter would take precedence ...

Re: Multiple SSL Certificates
Unfortunately, I was hoping there could be some resolver tied into the process to differentiate based on host-header for a given domain. With the method you are suggesting, I would either need to map each different domain to a different IP address and then apply the certificates that way (which I do...

Multiple SSL Certificates
Please include the ability to select/install SSL certificates on a per-domain or per-postoffice basis. Currently when hosting multiple domains, either a generic domain and SSL certificate has to be used (one that is not descriptive of individual domains on the server), or all user have to use one do...

Re: Regular MELDAP failure with 8.51
Check your windows services under administrative tools. When I upgraded to 8.50, it went from "start automatically" to "manual" and every reboot, LDAP service would not start. Not sure if your problem is similar, but when I changed it back to "start automatically" the problem went away. I haven't br...

Re: Move Configuration Repository
You'll have to actually move the configuration from where you put it to where you want it, then reset the permissions as per the below link. http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/view.asp?ID=ME020073 I had to set permissions manually through windows explorer, rather than command line as apparently in...
