Mails vanishing and not showing up in Inbox
I ran into a problem as some of my customers argue that mails are not getting through. After inspection i found out that mails are vanishing during Income. They show up in all logs but not in the Inbox or in the Junk-Folder - they are just gone. Any idea? I am running Enterprise 9.17... The logs sho...

ME Tray Statistics not resetting
A Question - in the METray my Total scans are not resetting when i restart the SMTP Service.
Total Detections start again at 0 but Antivirus Scans and Total Scans remains at their old value.
Any idea?

Bayesian Dictionary not changing
I set up the Auto-Training for the Bayesian Filter and got about 40k Emails in my ham and about 60k Email in the spam. But in the tray it shows Dict. Ham: 6969 Dict. Spam: 6974 for about 2 Month now....not changing.Restart of services wont help. Any ideas what to do? My spam is increasing like mad.....

yes, i am running latest 9.17
I now decreased the MTA to 1 thread... 8 hours later i got this
but a lot of viruses came through.

Hello Ian, it seems to be working now, but i encountered some more problems... :wink: First of all - the message is marked as a virus, but now i have an additional global message filter which copies this message to the "Quarantine" - but its still delivered to the Recipient unless i also add the act...

Its not triggering.
In the Spam-Statistics i have > 1000 Antivirus Scans without any detection in the last several hours - additionally the ClamWin Servie is consuming lot of CPU Power, but not even 1 Virus is detected. It makes also no difference if i activate the ClamV-Message Filter or not.

Hi Ian,
you misunderstood. On the Server there runs only the ClamWin which detects no virus.No other Virus-Service is running there.
Avast just runs on my PC at home.

I just tried to activate the ClamWin Antivirus on Mailenable Enterprise Edition. The Message Filter is setup properly and when i click the Test-Button the test recognizes the Eicar Virus and returns 1.
