We are again getting the same permission error in Outlook 2013 ... we do not have kb3172519 or kb3191889 installed. There were two May of 2017 kb updates ... 31505513 and 4019472, both of which I uninstalled , one at a time and rebooted. Still getting the error message "You don't have the appropriat...
