Keep a copy of outgoing mail on postoffice level

I cant find any information on how to Keep a copy of outgoing mail on postoffice level. I don;t want to create a global filter just for this. Is this possible with the current me ent v5 ?

im experience this same problem using MAPI 1.36 (x64), outlook2010

Additional Information:
Most of the time, after you login to webmail or mobile phone to read the mail, then only the connector will able to pickup the mail and download it.

hi mailenable,
is that possible to add 1 features to smtp outbound -> delete with reason ?

so if the administrator spot some outbound error mail, they can delete it with a notification send to sender rather than leave it there to retry...

TO didnt receive mail but CC received

Having is problem...
when a external sender send mail to my server, it happen quite some times that the person in the TO field didnt/late receive the mail but those in CC receive the mail.

*TO and CC using same domain.

Logfile show that mail all deliver successfuly to user mailbox.

any idea?

Having this problem whereby outlook keep prompt out and request user to key in password even with the correct password when send mail.

Login to webmail got no problem...

Dear ME Support,

1 of my user not able to receive external mail.

After search through the smtp debug log, following log is found...

(recv) socket [2656] error during [DATA] command from host X.X.X.X. Socket was disconnected - Error: (10060)

Any idea what is this 2656 error means ?

Yes, i have TLS enabled. but even with the tls enable, i manage to send to other domain but not this particular domain.
