Hi, The logs report "the original message was unexpectedly removed by a filter." You will need to inspect the "Message Filter" log files and search for that message ID to see which filter removed the message. Hi, The error "MySQL: ME01 - DSN does not exist" is for the MySQL DSN checks. You mentioned your trying to migrate to "SQL server" therefore you can ignore the "MySQL: ME01 - DSN does not exist" error. Are you sure your trying to initialize "SQL server"? Unable to emulate this behavior. Can you provide more details of which version of MailEnable Standard your running? If not 10.26 then please upgrade and try again. Also which browser are you using to access the web mail client?

Hi,

Inspect the Windows event log for more detail when the error is reported in the browser. Look for WAS warnings or failures in the system and application log. Most likely the problem is a password mismatch.

The management service is located under: Servers > Localhost > Services and Connectors > Management. Right click and select properties.

Hi,

The MERADMS is the MailEnable management service and HTTPMail is the MailEnable Synchronization service. You need to check the properties of both services and ensure that you have not set them to bind to port 80.

Hi,

The username format is mailboxname@postofficename and not mailboxname@domainname. Therefore ensure your using the postoffice name if its different to the domain name.
