Re: SPAM Issue
I think you should try the SpamAssassin module thats integrated with Version 7, since it has an array of tests that can be performed that are content specific (MailEnable also does alot of the tests, but SA has better content parsing rules). If you use SA within MailEnable, then you can itegrate the...

The advisory will be published in accordance with the release schedule of the firm who tested the software and reported it. The policy is to not release information about the exploit until after those running the software have had an opportunity to patch it. If you have any further queries, I sugges...

Re: Upgrade to 7.06 - Memory Leak in MEMTA.exe
The MTA does not hold any stateful data other than the Baysian element. It may be worthwhile turning this off for a test period. Do you have any custom filters with large word list defined? Other than that, the problem could be a resource leak when a plugin fails. I think those are the only possibil...

Re: IMAP does not work after upgrade to 7.06
We believe we have isolated this issue and have a solution for this problem. It will be included in the 7.07 release (which will be formally released tomorrow). We do have release candidate kits that have been provided as patches to raised tickets (since the issue has been reported through the ticke...

He have been attending to raised support tickets as best we can. Truley every ticket that is raised via this channel gets attention over those issues that appear in the forum. Whenever a major release occurs, there is always an influx of support - and Version 7 had required alot of the modules to be...

Re: Am I the only one with a brutally slow
Delays in initial load are more likely to be releated to the number of items in Critical folders like Inbox, Calendar and Contacts (it is not so much the size of the mailbox itself) You should also check that you do not have the option to download all message contents rather than initially the heade...

Re: Outlook Crashing
Hi, would it be possible to raise a support ticket under the defect category so we can investigate the crash. In doing so, we will most likely need a copy of the MAPI client troubleshooting logs so we can investigate any errors that lead up to the crash. The ticket can be raised at https://www.maile...

Re: ME 7 unable to set Registry access in Windows 2012 Serve
Hi, could you please help us determine why the registry permissions were not set by sending a copy of your MEInstall.log to beta@mailenable.com. It is located in the MailEnable BIN folder. Also, we are aware of some issues with the new MMC, and the problem you have mentioned appears to be a bug in t...

Re: MailEnable Version 7 Released
This is because you have licensed version 6 (with its license key installed). It is simply telling you that the software will run in eval mode until you obtain a version 7 key from online services.

Re: URRGENT Please ME STOP WORKING AFTER UPGRADE TO Ver 7
The forum is not ideal for logging an URGENT request. You want the issue attended professionally and in a timely manner, the support ticket system is best.
It also does not cost anything. http://www.mailenable.com/support/step1.asp

Re: Version 7
With a clustered implementation, it will always be permissions! If the new MMC is not working, you can try the old one. The MSC file will still be in the MailEnable Bin folder. I suspect the problems will be deeper than just the MMC though. Here are some considerations with respect to permissions: T...
