Hi,

Have you inspected the window event log viewer for any obvious Mailenable errors?

Have you tried running the first 3 options of the meinstaller.exe utility located in the Mailenable BIN folder?

Does this occur on all admin accounts?

Hi,

No there are no issues that would prevent Meadmin to run on windows 2003. So the next step would be to lodge a support ticket with Mailenable and a technician will attend to your request and diagnose the issue.

Panda v9 does not return the correct return codes so this would most likely be the cause of your problem. We have tested version 9 and experienced problems.
