Re: Access to requested resource was denied

Thanks to help from support I could solve the problem. Under Advanced Configuration, I entered the mailbox (in the Mailbox tab) wrong. I had entered the full mail address, as in the login. But the mailbox needs only the part before the @-sign. With that little change it worked like a charm. Hope tha...

Hi I tried to install a new Outlook 2013 with the 64-bit MAPI connector, but I keep getting the following error message: Access to the requested resource was denied. Please verify that you have been granted full access to the resource <mail address>. The password is certainly correct, and I can't se...

Re: Mobile Webmail

I have now solved the "Error Loading Page" through the MEInstaller.exe tool in the BIN directory and resetting option 13. On the above error I found a solution to set a registry key. I tried that one, to now just get another error message when running the Mailenable Mobile. The error message is belo...

Re: Webmail Send

I tried it before with Firefox.

When I use Internet Explorer I also can't send but at least get the error message: "Server communication failure. Please refresh your browser and try again"

But I can try many times, it won't work.

Re: Mobile Webmail

Update When I follow the "mobile" link on the normal webmail login I can successfully load the mobile version. But when I try to access it through its own domain (mm.xxx.com) then I get the above error message. And I also tried to forward an email through the mobile webmail and when trying to send I...

Webmail Send

Hi

I can't send any mails in webmail anymore. Whenever I write a mail and click the "send" button, it grays out but the mail is not sent and the screen just stays as it is.

How can I fix that again?

I have Enterprise Premium 7.0 on a Windows 2003 Server (5.2).

Thanks for any hints.

Show Synchronisation Progress

Hi I have some odd behavior of my connector. In some folders, I don't get all the messages shown, it always stops at a specific date but I don't see the most recent mails. When I try to show the synchronisation progress, I get an error message saying: "Failure setting registry option for Show Synchr...
