Hi,

Ensure that you are running the latest version 2.2. If you check the version history there was a fix in version 2.1 for the autoresponder option:

Version 2.1: 20 Jun, 2006 (Revision)
FIX: Autoresponder to reply once per day locked autorespond file

Hi,

There is an option under the postoffice connector properties window (providing you are running the latest version 2.2) that allows you to set the autoresponder to only send one autoresponse message per day.
