Thank you Ian, I have upgraded to 10.19 and will be keeping an eye on the issue.

Re: Server Migrate from 2003 x32 to 2012 x64
Ian, I have not heard from you in a while, can you shed any light on this for me? Also I have another problem since the migration. If you delete an email from within the email it will not clear until you refresh your Inbox in your browser and does not appear in the Deleted Items folder, but if you d...

Re: Server Migrate from 2003 x32 to 2012 x64
Hello Ian, I installed Enterprise v10.18 on the new server then performed the migration as per MailEnables instructions here. https://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020073 I didn't do the full migration because the MailEnable versions were different and I was going from Windows Serve...

Server Migrate from 2003 x32 to 2012 x64
Hello all, I seem to be having an issue after migrating my server. Everything seems to be okay but between 1 and 2 PM (EST) the webmail slows to a crawl and most of the time crashes. I restart all the services which does not bring the system back up but when I look at the WorkerProcesses in the Mail...

Re: Random Issue
I have tried the latest versions of IE, Edge, Chrome and Firefox ... all have the same issue. I plan to upgrade the VM to Windows Server 2012 from 2003 but until then I will boost the RAM in the VM to 8 or 16 GB. I have had MailEnable for quite a number of years (4 or 5, I believe) and it has never ...

Random Issue
Hello Everyone, I need some help with a random issue and I want to see if anyone is having the same issue. The issue at hand is that on emails sitting in the webmail client you cannot respond to some of them. It doesn't matter were they are coming from weather it be from a remote hosted domain (EX. ...

Upgrade to ME9 IMAP Error.
I keep getting this error on the diagnostic page after I upgraded to MailEnable 9 Enterprise, "MailEnable IMAP Service error: 203,IMAP is out of the evaluation period or license is not valid. Please run your diagnostic report for more information." even though the IMAP service seems to be running ok...

[SOLVED] .Ninja TLD Block
Hello, Is there a way to block a TLD with a wildcard, it seems that the .ninja TLD is becoming a spammers paradise and my MXScan is only tagging a small portion of it and Mailenable's built in scanners are just letting it through. I would prefer just to dump the whole .ninja TLD, it is completely us...

Re: Enterprise Edition 5 Guide
Yes, ever since I did the upgrade to v5, my spam email is through the roof. Its like the filters have been turned off. Is there some sort of guide that MailEnable has to go by to configure spam filtration.
Thank you,
Jason

Re: Enterprise Edition 5 Guide
So, the spam filtering setup is the same? Since I upgraded to 5 the spam has gone through the roof, I think it deleted the settings on my upgrade install.
Thank you,
Jason
