Re: Sent items from ActiveSync Mobile are just gone.
OK thanks. I will see who is on the server and see where it is at.

Re: Sent items from ActiveSync Mobile are just gone.
I verified this on WP7 and Android (Various versions ranging from 2.x - 4.0) and the item appears in the Sent Items folder. The first question is whether the actual message has been sent and received by the recipient. ie: Perhaps the device is not even issuing the Send request to the server. Assumin...

Re: EAS not sending to all recipients
These issues were release in an update around the same time as this post. Please see the release notes for details.
Specifically, I verified that they are no longer an issue with the 6.70 release.

They will be formally released next week, but these installations should address the DPI issue you mention: http://www.mailenable.com/mesetup152_x32.exe http://www.mailenable.com/mesetup152_x64.exe They are in their final stages of testing - there are no additional changes expected before the releas...

Re: Visual issues w/ connector on certain versions of Win/Of
I think Windows 8 changed from using 96 DPI to 120 DPI as standard - so that's probably the cause of the issue. In any case, the dialogs need to be reworked to make them tollerate differnet DPI settings. I have raised the issue and a Developer is looking at the problem. I expect it will be released ...

Re: Serious issue with Calendar sync on Android
The clearing of Sync Data is really a last resort. Different devices behave differently when a full sync is done. It should not really be necessary. I recall that some devices (even though they know that a full sync is required), will not clear orphaned messages on the device. If the device does not...

Re: Serious issue with Calendar sync on Android
Oh Ok, I think your last post indicated that only the recurring items were missing. BTW, The device is requesting a full sync as a result of losing its sinc state - and that event is causing some items to come down from the server. The most interesting thing will be if the appointment exists in webm...

Re: Serious issue with Calendar sync on Android
Hi Shaun, it will not make a difference depending on the number of accounts. I quickly tested recurring appointments on Android and did not have any problems. Many devices batch up the additions and send them through in one transmission (presumably to save device power). ie: the appointments will no...

Re: Visual issues w/ connector on certain versions of Win/Of
Hi Shaun, to diagnose this will require us knowing which version of office and (more likely) details as to the resolution that it is running under.
The issue is more likely to be related to the OS/resolution/graphics card of the installation.
Does it only happen with the progress dialog?

Re: Please Help
MailEnable is functioning correctly. The server will have Plesk installed, and they provide a addin to MailEnable (it is not a MailEnable provided component, so plesk presumably has an interface to configure it). In any case, it is that component that is deleting the message. You can turn off all ad...

Re: Message was not routed from the SMTP inbound message que
You should check the debug log at 11/21/12 11:55:21 to see if there is any additional information. From what you have described, it looks like the message was not fully received and the sending mail server should have received an error indicating why. There are many reasons that the sender could be ...

Re: Could not create anything
The IIS account identity or application pool identity probably does not have write access to the MailEnable Config directory or its children. The event log might give more indication or perhaps you could run process mon and review access to the Mailenable Config directory. The simplest solution is t...

Re: 1.38 64 BIT very slow sending
The MAPI client connector uses the SMTP to send messages. If you enable client logging it will show you the commands being issued to the server. Also, you can inspect the SMTP server logs and see if there are any delays in the time it takes to handle the send. If you are having problems with the con...

Re: SMTP service shut down, MESMTPC.exe Appl. Failure
The updates/patches are rolled into the now released 6.70 releases. I suggest installing the upgrade (basically just run the new install and keep clicking next until it completes).
