can't send email- please help

for the last days i unable to send mail from my pulook on mailenable acount (all other account work prefect)- i recived mail - but can't send and get tho following messege:

Task 'office@mash.org.il - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

thill now stmp: 25 (outgoing mail server): mail.mash.org.il,

please help!

try port 587voor smtp; some internet providers block port 25
also check if in your settings (outlook) authorization is enable for sending mail

Could also try turning on troubleshooting logging and attempting to send an e-mail. If you review the troubleshooting log there should be an entry at the bottom explaining why. I suggest searching the log for the host name you specified as the outbound mail host. It would also be advisable to check the windows event log.
