Contacts Sync Issues

Contacts Sync Issues

Hi,

I have a mobile phone and have Outlook installed as my email client using EAS.

When I initially setup the account all seems to download correctly and the account looks good.
If I go to the search function and try to look for contacts it seems very random as to what is available.
If I then go to the native contacts app on the phone and select to show contacts from my EAS account, it shows everything correctly.
But there the functionality seems to stop.

If I do anything on my phone using Outlook or Contacts, it does not get updated back on the server.
If I change anything via webmail, it does not get updated on the phone.

I have deleted all accounts, reset things and all that I can think off, now I am stuck.

Anyone with any ideas ?

An update.

Just checked on my Outlook running on my iPad, its not getting contact updates also.
