Mailenable Bans (blacklists) domain

Post by DWSupport »

We have a mail server with ME set up and we are having a hard time the last week since no email set up on ME can send emails to a specific domain (the second domain is not ours).
We have tried sending emails to that domain using other accounts ( hotmail and gmail ) and we did not receive an error which seems to indicate that the issue is with our server and mailenable.

We have tried to find a blacklist but it was empty.

We have also added that domain to the whitelist but that did not help.

We also opened the SMTP TAB DENY file and we noticed that we have 4 lines in there and one is the local IP and the other is the outside IP of the mailserver. Is this normal?

This is the error that is returned (details had to be changed due to company's security policy):

MailEnable: Message Delivery Failure.

Reason: ME-E0193: [24C62416B9754F61AA90502236A597F5.MAI] Message Delivery
Failure.

Your message addressed to the target domain (ThisIsTheDomainThatIsNotOurs.com) could not be
delivered because the mail server responsible for this domain returned a
permanent error.

The server returned:

this domain

Hi,

What is reported within the SMTP log files? Is there any URL so you can check the reasoning behind the blacklisting?
