webmail Version 9 have problem to show utf-8 encoding char

aftre upgrade mailenable from 8 to 9 . we have problem with utf-8 characters.
same the following conntent ()we dont have same problem with 8 Ver.)

How was the original message generated? Was the message generated via the web mail client?

message dont gerenate by mailenable webmail . this is gerenate bye other resource for example this message generate by a ebooking system .

we dotn have problem with mailenable 8.x but mailenable 9.x dont show this message correctly .

We would need a copy of the raw message file located within the mailbox. Best way forward is to lodge a support ticket via the support form below under "upgrade" and attach a copy of the .mai file. You can obtain a copy of the message file by logging into the mailbox via web mail and right clicking on the message and selecting the in the menu "Download Source".

We've this same problem.
Reading mails by webmail - problem.
Downloaded by mail clients (thunderbird/outlook) - no problem
I've sent one mail in utf8, second in iso8859-2 - both have problems viewing in webmail, no problem in mail client.

Any fix for it?

Hi,

Disable the new MIME library for web mail and revert to using the old MIME library.

1. Open Windows Regedit and navigate to:

64Bit OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Mail Enable\Mail Enable
32Bit OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mail Enable\Mail Enable

2. Edit the key: Use MIME Library and set the decimal value to: 0
3. Refresh webmail and test

The problem with the new MIME library will be addressed in the upcoming release.
