erro 10061 - cant send emails to external (remote) server

I´m having a problem that i can't find the solution...

I've looked all docummentations on the internet but any of then solved my problem..

I´m trying to send emails from my VS through MailEnable (program that is intalled by default by PLESK).
I can send to an receive emails from my own domais (abracodeurso.com.br) and receive e-mail from remote servers (e.g. hotmail.com and yahoo.com)

I did all configuration in Outlook express and looks to be working fine..
But when i try to send e-mail from an account created in plesk (e.g. ralph@abracodeurso.com.br) to an external email (tony.carlson@yahoo.co.uk) this message get queued on outgoing folder...

My first thought was that MailEnable wasn't woink properly, so i downloaded Merak mail server, hMailServer and SM getting the same problem thought.

It's been 2 days that im stucked in this problem without any conclusion.. I don't know if it a problem with PLESK panel, or with MailEnable.

Hi,

What do you see within the MailEnable SMTP activity log file in respect to the log snippet you provided?

As this is my first time using this, where ie it??
How can i do that??

I´m sure that i´m not in any blacklist or something like that..
I saw some articles saying that I have to configure the PTR.. I don´t know exactly what could be.. My knowledge about mail server is too basic...

You can find the SMTP log files under: Servers>localhost>connectors>SMTP>logs.

Thanks for these articles...

But I'm still having problem...

By defaulft PLESK panel (the software the we instaled to help us to admin the webhosting) installs the BIND DNS server.. I don't know but do you think it has something to do with??

Is it necessery that I install a proper DNS Server??

Hi,

I suggest you consult with Parallels on how to go about setting the PTR record using their respective control. Otherwise you will need to do this manually if your DNS server is hosted locally.

Hello.
I have a similar problem.
On my mailenabled server the mail comes out but unfortunately it doesn't come and I don't know there is or there may be a problem in the configuration. I am asking for help, Michał.
