[SOLVED] What is this? Is MailEnable NOT free at all ?

When I log in to webmail and try to download an attachment, it says:
The license for this software prevents access to webmail attachments.

Hi,

It was a problem in a older installation kit of version 8. Please download 8.04 from the site again and perform the upgrade. If this does not help then it will be that you have an old orphaned .dll within another MailEnable path on your server causing a conflict. Try the upgrade first.

I am on version 10.20 (upgraded from version 9.x to 10.11 and each upgrade to 10.20) (standard) and our users have this issue. I also have this issue. I can confirm if the user is an admin or user, it happens either way. I can also confirm it happens on multiple domains and post offices on the same MailEnable 10.19 server. Is this a known issue of the current version?
