[SOLVED] Webmail folders and messages not showing

Hello, I recently updated Windows 10. Everything was working fine, but now after logging into webmail, the mailbox folder tree on the left is empty and no messages are listed (no inbox). If I click on mailbox, i get the summary page but if i click on inbox, the inbox does not open.
I see no errors and I have tried running MEInstaller to reset permissions and webmail but that did not help.

What version of Standard Edition? If not 9.74 then you need to upgrade and try again.

Yes, i had version 9.6 and updated it to the latest and that did not solve the issue. Everything is up to date. The diagnostics report does not show anything wrong. The only issue is with webmail.

If you create a brand new mailbox does the same issue occur? Does the problem happen when web mail is accessed via different browsers?

Yes, I have tried different browsers and also made a new mailbox and the same issue, no change.

upgrade to v9.75 (Enterprise), Windows Server 2012 R2, .NET 4.7 did ==not== fix the problem. Restarted all ME services and IIS app pools. still cannot see folders & emails in webmail. Please advise when the problem is corrected. For the time being we have rolled back .NET 4.7 on our server.
