Dear Experts,
since more than a week, some of the incoming emails are missing, I tried to trace the messages by using the sender email address and select the date it was sent by him and I found the following line:
74ADCD5B50D641A1B2C9E70E5DBE592A.MAI seems to have been delivered to the postoffice connector, but there was no log entry on 1/31/2019 to indicate that it was delivered to any mailbox.
any explanation?
I am using: MailEnable Standard Edition (V9) and I made the diagnosis and found no problem, everything is green (pass)

After a long investigation, I found that there was a plugin installed on the outlook which is taking live backup but was removing every email after downloading it!
But still don't understand this:
