Server error: 503

Hi, I'm getting a server error 503 when I try to send
an email outside or our domain. example from mike@abc.com to jon@cde.com
But if I send from mike@abc.com to jon@abc.com it's fine.

I check the SMTP advance settings and Authentication is not required.
