Could not get message

Hi,

I'm having an issue with specific emails in the Webmail.
when you choose those emails, you get an error: Could not get message.

I've started full logging for the webmail and it does not show any error,
same as other logs I've checked: postoffice (Activity & Debug).
I've added permissions to everyone - Full control to make sure it's not a permissions issue.

other emails are shown OK.

did any one know this issue?

thanks for the help,
we found that was related to the EML file itself and not to the server.
