sorry, no mailbox here by that name (#5.1.1).

Post by bgateley »

I have seen posts about this error when sending to multiple recipients, but I am only sending to one. This is a new installation of Mailenable Standard, I am able to log on using my email account (either through webmail or from an email client) and I am able to send email FROM that account, but when I try to send email TO that account (or actually ANY account that we have set up) I get:

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:
sorry, no mailbox here by that name (#5.1.1).
Please check the message recipient "----------" and try again.

I have of course verified that that email address exists in Mailenable and everything looks correct. I have run the Diagnostic Utility and get warnings on the following items:

Default SPF Domain mail.qfgi.com No SPF record found for ---------. (DNS_ERROR_RCODE_NAME_ERROR) - DNS Zone/Domain could not be found.

None of which seem like they would be causing this.
Can anybody offer any ideas?
Thanks very much,
