please can someone explain with some meticulous step by step instructions, or direct me to a tutorial or page in the knowledge base that explains with step by step instructions, what mail enable setting or configuration needs to be in place for yahoo and aol users to receive their own forwarded emails instead of "sender rejected, this relay is not allowed to send mail from aol.com".
