Configure MailEnable Powershell

Hi !

I try to configure a specific Setting on MailEnable with PowerShell.
On the PostOffice Settings i try to check "Enable web administration for post office"
and "Can create and edit mailboxes"

But i don't know what are the command to modify that with Powershell.
Can you help me ?
