Cannot receive email

After upgrading to the latest version std and pro
Mail is sitting in my SMTP inbound directory, and it not being moved to proper mailbox

If mail is sitting in the inbound directory it may mean that your Mail Transfer agent is not running. The MTA picks up messages from your inbound SMTP queue and routes them to the appropriate connectors outbound queue based on the address map table (ADDRESS-MAP.TAB).

It is very unlikely, but it may also be that your ADDRESS-MAP.TAB (in the CONFIG directory) is corrupt. You can open this file in notepad to verify that it contains address maps. (This file is typically backed up to ADDRESS-MAP.BAK and you can replace the file if this is the case).

Failing which - you should check the logs of the Mail Transfer Agent to determine why messages are not being picked up from the inbound directory.
