IME_USER constantly locks

Hi,
I see that IME_USER account is constantly locking out and this make problems with outlook somehow.
What can be done to prevent this annoying behaviour?

I was investigating further this issue and i see in Windows Logs many Audit Failure attemts for IME_USER account of source IP from e.g. Russia.
I think that the best thing could be to change the name of the service account or something.
Is this possible? How i can prevent the lockout for this account.
