1024 Update - Diagnostics won't run

Open to ideas - maybe a bug?

Updated to 1024 - had to uninstall that kb (chat service wouldn't stop) - updated successfully.

Now diagnostics just sit there and won't run. It does appear that Mailenable is running correctly, but the diagnostics hanging makes me nervous

Hi,

Does the diagnostic report run outside the administration console? You can run it outside the console by opening a Windows "Run" command and typing: mediag

Ian,

Nope - won't run via command prompt - mediag - just sits there.

I am still on 10.24 - I understand that 10.25 is now available - should I upgrade and try again? Would that be valuable to you?

Hi,

Yeah, try and upgrade and if that doesn't work then log a support ticket under category "upgrade" and provide server access.
