web portals run time

Initial installation of professional, following manual and everything seems like it is working with the exception of being able to login from a browser. I get the page I can enter my credentials however when I hit submit a window opens that contains a 'run time' error, see attached.

Checked manual, knowledge base, and forums, cannot find any suggestions on how to fix this.

No attached error. Can you copy and paste next time or a screenshot.
