@MailEnable-Ian, I have had a support ticket in with you since September 8th, with Request ID 86411. I have replied to you multiple times asking if you received the files you asked for for troubleshooting, yet my ticket still says its waiting on my input. Normally I wouldn't really care, except I paid for this token and now I'm being asked why I haven't heard a response. I have made sure on my end that the emails are actually being sent to the address you've specified in your initial inquiry.

I realize that maybe you are busy, but 2 months is a little ridiculous for a professional/enterprise support that I paid for. Especially when we purchased ME10 Pro just last month and received our license information in a matter of minutes. If you cannot fulfill my ticket request, can I please be transferred to someone who can?

My apologies if I sound frustrated. I'm just trying to get my issue resolved.
