Hi,
For questions about restricting quota for a postoffice you can navigate to Messaging manager in the mailenable administration program and right click it to open the properties window. In this window you can specify a general quota limit for all mailboxes that created in that postoffice. Or you can configure quota for individual mailboxes by opening the properties for the mailbox, under the general tab.
