can anyone explain to me why this happen in detail ? i need to explain to my client.
if the sender send another time the same mail to same email address, it will go success.
so what is this error means and why it happen ?

Hi this basically means that your server was sending to the remote server and then a timout occured while either waiting for a response from the remote server or waiting for a command from the remote server.
We are in the process of improving the logging associated with the General Error 0 log entries, by writing out more details and being more specific where possible. In the next minor release this should be included.
