!! Sub folders not showing in email clients

I have a client that imported into mailenable from hostgator. He has a large number of sub mail folders. The main mail folder syncs with desktop and phone but the folders only show when logged in to webmail. He's using office 365 on PC. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
