Is it possible to have mail enable attempt to send directly and only smart host if that fails?

Similar to the option in IIS SMTP, I would like MailEnable to try to send direct before smarthosting.

I have an issue where we are being blocked by Yahoo and Outlook from new server ip's we are introducing.

I would like to slowly introduce these new server ip's by having them attempt to send and once yahoo and outlook graylist us and start throttling, then mailenable can start smarthosting to one of our other more reputable and known servers so the message flow thru.

I can't find any option anywhere that will allow me to tell it to try sending directly first, before smart hosting.

Right now, I am having to go in and turn on smart hosting to clear out all the backed up messages, then turn it back off and let things flow and back up again, rinse, repeat.
