Make the change Password Option a Domain option instead of a Global Option. Or better yet a User option allowed by the Domain Administrator.
I have over 2 hundred mail domains and Some clients do not want their users being able to change passwords Prefering the Mail Administrators for the company set it. But other Clients want the user to beable to set their own for privacy. Having this option on a global level does not make any sense as it forces us as a hosting company to setup 2 different machines 1 for each capability and that will not work with automation such as Helm or Hosting Controller.

i'm using MailEnable but when user login webbased they dont chage thier password, i am searching on internet for Plugins but didn't get any plugins, i think it's a lack of software.
if anyone know about that please suggest me...
