Management of SPAM

Post by bmark »

Hi MailEnable Staff,

some suggestions for management of SPAM:

- enable a "global server" whitelist for the address (example: spam@spam.com) and domain (example: *spam.com) (there is currently only for IP)

- enable a "global postoffice" whitelist for the address and domain (there is currently only for single mailbox)

- 'Web Mail - Spam' > 'Report as spam' > Can You mark a message as spam "Move spam to global/post office spam folder" and contemporaneously "Mark the sender IP as spam source" ?

- 'Web Mail - Spam' > 'Report as spam' > Can You mark a message as spam "Move spam to global/post office spam folder" and contemporaneously move in Junk Email folder (currently only delete) ?

- you can create a simple system that allows the system administrator to block a single pass of known spam (ip, domain, address)? For example, through the web-mail admin?

you think you could implement these systems?

version 7 when it is released?

thank you

regards

I can't find global/post office spam folder. I've marked messages as spam but I can't find them now!
Is there a way to restore messages marked as spam?
