I have just performed an upgrade from 2.33 to 2.34 on a dev server and am no longer getting the above message and am also not getting the second message reported by posters later in this thread.

The webpage still lists the download as being 2.33, but it is indeed 2.34.

Down't download 2.34 as that has more bugs that 2.33 had.

As far as I know, the only big problem with 2.34 is the broken compose in the webmail. You can fix the problem by replacing the dll mentioned in the following post: http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?t=12738 . I assume this will be included in 2.35. Aside from that, 2.34 has been working well for me.

Problem Fixed

Post by ashdog24 »

I was still having issues uploading attachments in webmail, evan after the 2.351 update. As of now, I was able to fix the problem. I happened to look at my diagnostics and found this message:

Permissions: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Scripting.FileSystemObject
Failed: Users Group not granted access

So, I searched the forum to see if I could find a solution for this, thinking that it might be related to my webmail problem. The solution that I found was that I needed to run MEInstaller.exe in the 'Bin' directory of Mailenable and choose option 12 to redo registry permissions for IME_ADMIN and IME_USER (make sure remote registry is enabled). Sure enough, it actually fixed my webmail attachment problem. Thanks again for everyone's help!!
