Can I change the webmail interface to be RTL(right to left)?

You can change the preview pane orientation to be the right hand side.
This is done in webmail on a per user basis (under the options menu).

And if I don't like only the preview?

There are 3 options for preview orientation:

bottom, right, none.

They can be reviewed on the webmail demo at http://www.mailenable.com/demo
