Webmail Compose Auto Link Creation

Hi,

Is it possible for text that is typed/pasted into the MailEnable webmail HTML email composer to automatically be converted into a HTML link?
E.g. The user types in www.google.co.uk and either after submitting or preferably typing/pasting it is converted into a clickable link on the fly?

I noticed in the webmail options for viewing a pure text email there is a preference for converting detected links on the fly, but is this possible for composing HTML emails? and if it isn't built-in, is it possible to add in a plugin or onkeypress or onsubmit JS function?

A user has complained that the webmail of her previous hosting has this functionality.
