MMC Snap in does not load

Post by michaelsowa »

We have just upgraded to SQL Server 2012 and since then the MMC for mailenable does not load.

I immediately downloaded and installed the latest version (7.09) of mailenable thinking that install would fix the issue but it does not.

THis is what happens

1) Click to load Mailenable MMC
2) The MMC starts to load but then I get an erorr dialog "MMC has detetcted an error in a snap-in and will unload it". Options are to report and unload or just to unload it and continue. I choose the default option which is the second one.
3) I then get a second window "Unhandled exception in Managed Code Snap-IN as follows:

Code: Select all

FX:{0927b2f8-afe5-43dd-b7d8-b1d832e3fd0b}
There is an error in XML document (1, 9826).

Can someone help?

Hi,

Best way forward is to lodge a support ticket under "Defect" and provide RDP or Team viewer session details for the server so that technician can login and check further.

You can lodge the ticket here: http://www.mailenable.com/support/SupportRequest.asp
