Re: How to add email address whitelist to global domain
Hi,
You can only add white listed IP and IP ranges to the global SMTP whitelist and not email addresses or domain names. Users can however whitelist email addresses and domains within the web mail interface.

Not having domain whitelists is a bad idea. I am not going to whitelist, let's say, a gmail, or yahoo SMTP IP just so one user is whitelisted.
That is insane and more of a security risk than a spoofed email.
Also, using a filter in Message Manager doesn't work. I have the first filter looking at the FROM header and then should stop processing on a match. Doesn't work, all the filters including SA are still processed. Many legit emails end up in the Junk E-Mail.
