[SOLVED] Problem with Mobile Version - ME10

Post by maxel91 »

Hi, buttons Reply, Reply all and Forward don't work in mobile version, "Error Loading Page". Delete works.

With desktop version it's all ok.

Hi,

Locate the "Meinstaller.exe" utility within the MailEnable "BIN" Folder. Run the executable (Run as administrator) and execute option 13. When prompted select the Microsoft .NET 4.0 64bit Framework in the drop down menu. Upon completion restart IIS and test.

Hi,

I have set the Framework to 2.0 32Bit and did not experience any errors. The most probable cause is that your .NET 2.0 Framework is not up to date. Run Windows updates and check for .NET updates and apply them. Then try mobile web mail again.

HI,

The solution was to set the MailEnableAppPool under IIS to run under the 4.0 64bit Framework. You can do this using the meinstaller.exe utility located within the MailEnable "BIN" folder. Execute the file and then in the options window select option 13. When prompted select 4.0 64bit in the drop down menu.

Hi,

The screenshot shows the web mail login page and not the web administration page. Are you sure that the host header your using in the URL is bound to the "MailEnable Webadmin" website under IIS?
