I'm on Windows Server 2012 R2. I currently have 9.5 Enterprise Edition
I am trying to upgrade to 10.14 and getting an error during the install:
I did run this without running as admin first. Since then I have tried to reinstall several times while running as administrator.
Windows Security pop-up:
Your internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened.
D:\MailEnable\bin\meinstaller.exe
After I hit CLOSE, the following error:
Could not execute the external program
D:\MailEnable\bin\meinstaller.exe
That file does not exist at that location.
Should that file already have been there prior to running the install?
Is the install attempting to download it?
Why do "Internet Security Settings" matter for opening a file on the local disk?
Any help you could provide is appreciated.
Thanks,
Rich

Re: Installation Problem MEINSTALLER.EXE missing...
Hi,
The problem sounds like a Windows policy or that Windows UAC protection. Try and right click on the MailEnable executable you downloaded from our downloads page and run as administrator. Is the account your logged into Windows an administrator account? The meinstaller.exe file should already be present in the nominated path in the error. If you browse to that location on your server does the meinstaller.exe utility exist?
