Read Receipt Issue

I am using ME Premium 10.15
May I know does outlook Read Receipt or Tracking work totally fine ME?
I send email with Request a Read Receipt to another user in my same email server
But user can just read the email as normal, but did not show prompt for a send back delivery prompt message nor did I read a Read receipt email

Does the email choice IMAP, POP, MAPI, ActiveSync which the user read, have any impact of Read Receipt?
Or outlook version or smartphone version matters?
I got a user who showed me a email which he tracked, inside is listing of few people who read but not all people. Can you advise why?
They are all from the users of our email server
some people confirm got read but the tracking did not capture nor did the read receipt email comes back

I would like to know is there a confirm way that makes such tracking guarantee to work?

Hi,

i have issue with read receipts on ActiveSync (http://www.mailenable.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=42303)

would be good to know i am not alone and that it is not a problem with my setup.

Doeesn't work here either. Must be a bug.
