new webmail feature drag and drop

according to the release notes there is a new feature "ADD: Drag and drop files when composing emails in webmail to upload"

Upgraded to 10.19 Enterprise Premium and not able to see that new functionality work. Figured it was as simple as dragging a file into the compose window but not able to get that to work. Am I missing something...?
