Calendar appointments gone missing

Calendar appointments gone missing

We use calendars extensively (shared) for booking appointments. Yesterday 1 user's calendar was just fine, today most of her appointments past/present/future are all gone (1 or 2 did stay). I looked at her calendar from my workstation and it was just fine (printed out a schedule for her). Later I rebooted my PC now her calendar for me is empty. On the server I can see a few hundred files in her calendar folder. I do have nightly server file backup (not mailenable backup) and am wondering what is the proper procedure to get her calendar restored to being properly populated. Currently running MailEnable 10.19 and latest Connector

On a side note occasionally we get some double bookings and can't seem to find out where I can force refreshes (1-2 mins) on each client. Outlook 2010/2013/2016 in use.
