Hi, I have a problem with my MailEnable Enterprise Premiun 10.20 server. In some mail accounts the sent messages are not displayed in the sent items tray of the webmail; however, when reviewing the folder inside the server, the .MAI files do exist in the folder.
What can I do to correct this problem?

Hi,
Create an empty .txt file named: _change.dty
Place file in the "Sent Items" folder and then login to web mail and browse to that folder. It should add the missing emails to the index.
